General

This data protection declaration is intended to inform the users of the website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.

As a website operator, we take data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and only in accordance with the statutory provisions. We recommend that you read our data protection declaration at regular intervals, as this can also change due to constant further development of our website or offers or due to legal or official requirements.

In this data protection declaration, we use terms (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) that are defined in Article 4 of the GDPR.

Access Data

Due to our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DS-GVO) we collect data about the access to our website and save it in the log files of the server.

The following data is logged in this way:

  • Requested page
  • Referrer URL
  • Date and time of the server request
  • Server query status
  • amount of data to be transferred
  • IP address
  • User agent (browser & operating system)

These log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored solely for security reasons, e.g. B. to be able to clarify cases of abuse and are not merged with other data sources. If data has to be kept for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to increase the user-friendliness, functionality and security of the website. Cookies are small files that are stored on your end device. Your browser accesses these files. This enables the individual browser to be distinguished from others. Through the use of cookies, the website can offer functions that would not be possible without cookies. This applies in particular to simple menu navigation and other individual website settings. The cookies for these functions usually have a maximum lifespan of 24 hours and are not used to identify visitors.

Modern browsers offer the option of not allowing cookies and thus generally deactivating them for one or all websites. When using this browser function, there is no guarantee that all functions of this website can be used without restrictions.

Collection and processing of personal data

In principle, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. However, if the user wants to use a function that requires the provision of personal data, the website operator will only process the personal data with a corresponding legal basis or with the consent of the person concerned. Personal data is all information that can be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person – for example your name, email address or telephone number.

We offer a contact form on our website. There we process personal data such as name, e-mail, telephone number and content information from the form. We only process this personal data with the express permission of the person concerned and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and in compliance with the GDPR. The processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offer.

Handling contact information

If you contact us through the contact options offered, your details will be processed to process and answer your request. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Handling comments, posts and forms

If you write articles or comments on this website, your IP address may be saved. This is done on the basis of legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR and serves to ensure the security of us as the operator of this website. If your comment or contribution violates applicable law, we as the operator can be prosecuted, which is why we have an interest in the identity of the actual author.

SSL encryption

If the SSL encryption of this website is activated, sensitive data that you transmit to us via this website (e.g. via the contact form) cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an active encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If the encryption is active, the data that you transmit to us via the website cannot be read by third parties.

Using a 2-click solution with iframe embeds

A 2-click solution for so-called iframe integration is activated on our website. This function ensures that when you call up a page on our website that contains such links to external websites, no connection is established with the servers of the provider of the website in question. However, by clicking on the window you can display the content and thus confirm the different data protection conditions of the linked websites. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the external websites as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the relevant website or provider.

Use of Social Media Links

The share functions on the website are so-called share links. Since these are pure links and not an integration, they are unobjectionable in terms of data protection. The social networks are only called up if you explicitly click on or activate these links.

Newsletter

On our website we offer you a newsletter that informs you about current events and offers. To subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide a valid email address. You will then be asked by e-mail to confirm your entry via an activation link (using the so-called double opt-in procedure). Otherwise your e-mail address will be automatically deleted from the newsletter system after 7 days. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to the receipt and the explained procedure.

We use the system on our website to send the newsletter. The e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties.

Revocation and unsubscription: You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus unsubscribe from the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, your e-mail will be immediately deleted from the newsletter system. At the end of each newsletter you will find the link to cancel or unsubscribe.

Google Recaptcha

To protect against misuse of forms, Google’s ReCaptcha can be used, whereby the optional “remoteip” parameter is not set in the API query. When using the Captcha, your browser downloads the required data from Google. In doing so, your browser establishes a connection to the Google servers so that Google gains knowledge of the access and your IP address via our website. The operator of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Google’s recaptcha is used in the interest of preventing misuse of forms and should affect the user-friendliness of the website as little as possible. The Captcha offers one of the most user-friendly Captchas on the market thanks to mostly automatic recognition and a wide range of functions and thus represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

When calling up the Google Recaptcha, different data protection regulations of the company Google apply. You can find more information about this at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google Maps

This website can use Google Maps to display site maps. When calling up a site plan from Google Maps, data is transmitted to the Google servers and stored there. The operator of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easier to find the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Different data protection regulations of the company Google apply when calling up Google Maps. You can find more information about this at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google Web Fonts

For the uniform display of fonts, this website can use the so-called Google Web Fonts. When using these fonts, your browser downloads the required fonts from our website system and saves them in the so-called browser cache in order to display the fonts correctly. Your browser does not establish a connection to the Google servers, so that Google does not gain any knowledge of the call or your IP address.

User Rights

As a user, you have the right to request free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and the processing of your personal data restricted or deleted. If applicable, you can also assert your right to data portability, insofar as this is technically possible and the rights and freedoms of other people are not affected. If you assume that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Deletion of Data

As a user, you have the right to have your data deleted, provided this does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data. Data stored by us will be deleted if they are no longer necessary for their intended purpose or if there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion is not possible because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and no longer processed for other purposes.

Right to Object

Users of this website can exercise their right to object and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

If you would like a correction, blocking, deletion or information about the personal data stored about you or if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data or if you would like to revoke your consent, please contact an employee at the address given above Contact details.
